Dedicated to working towards the right to education of the nomadic, Nari Kuravar and Irular children, Project Minimiracles aims to ignite young minds. We believe that education is not a privilege and no child should be deprived of learning.

Minimiracles has touched the lives of 80 nomadic children as of 2022. We enabled this through tie-ups with government, private and residential schools as day scholars and residential scholars. We also give counselling to the kids, their families and the teachers handling them, so as to ease their experience. The children are also trained in various arts and martial arts to give them an equal opportunity to a holistic education. Children in their pre teens and teens are made to appear for their SSLC exams and in addition are given skill based training: candle making, soap making and terrarium making to create a source of income.

In 2023 we are working towards providing not just basic education but a holistic education for all our kids. Enabled through local volunteer programs and government school tie-ups we are in the process of creating dedicated learning centres. We are also bringing in foreign exchange volunteers to teach our day scholars and residential scholars.

Dedicated to creating self-help groups (SHG) within the Gypsy community, Project Go Gypsy helps generate income for themselves and their families. Arise and Serve supports them with raw materials for their traditional jewellery making. In addition, our team supports them in exhibiting their work through sales stalls in gated communities, Schools, Colleges and malls.

Go Gypsy has touched the lives of 50 families in 2022. In 2023 we aim to create a sustained income for the families by expanding their production and improving their sales prospects by moving their products to e-commerce sites. You can help by supporting us by contributing towards the raw materials for the SHGs or you can support by buying their products.

Project Betterverse is dedicated to taking intuitive and thought-through steps towards bridging the gap between the privileged and the not-so-privileged younger generation.  We thought, what if the problems faced by the underprivileged kids is understood by the privileged youngsters and the underprivileged kids learnt to survive in an alternate world… can we create a betterverse?

Through tie-ups with private colleges, we conduct exchange programs. In these programs, college students train government school children in English, general knowledge, and various talents and skills they possess. We also facilitate bringing the kids to the college space to give them an immersive experience in an alternate culture, bringing about learning and realization to both sides.  

Arise and Serve has touched the lives of 50 children in 2022. In 2023 we aim to bring about more socialisation activities and exchange programs. You can support by sponsoring an outing or part of an outing in your area. You can also support by volunteering to educate them in a discipline you are good at.

Project Bon Feed is dedicated to improving the food and hygiene of the nomadic community. We deliver good quality dry rations, directly from sponsors to the community.

In 2022 we were able to touch the lives of 200 individuals form the nomadic community. We do this through monthly food supply to roadside dwellers, distribution of dry ration to the nomadic families. This is supported by individual sponsorships.

In 2023, we aim to expand the scope of the provisions and provide them with sanitary pads, immunity boosting dry food options and access to basic medicine. You can support us by contributing towards the dry ration and health provisions.

Project Game Changers is dedicated to enabling aspiring sports persons from underprivileged communities to reach their goals. Arise and Serve sponsors children from government schools who are in need of financial support to participate in tournaments and matches. We provide silambam and karate classes to government school children to enable sports education

In 2022, Arise and Serve was able to touch the lives of many children in Silambam and Karate. We adopt the kids in need of support, for the duration of the tournament through our network of coaches. In 2023, we aim to touch the lives of more under privileged youngsters who are trying hard to make it into sports.

Project Giving Back To Earth is dedicated towards enabling a sustainable environment practice. We work at the grassroot level to educate and create awareness among young children in private and government schools. We educate them on the impact of plastic consumption, importance of waste segregation and waste management. To create a sense of accoutability in the upcoming generation, we facilitate beach cleaning and waste segregation activities periodically, with the support of volunteers. We additionally conduct counselling to teachers and students to create an environment friendly society.

In 2022 Arise and Serve worked with 15+ schools to create awareness on reducing plastic consumption.

In 2023 we plan to work towards planting more trees and reaching out to more schools and creating awareness. There are also projects underway to provide steel water bottles to reduce the plastic waste in the Chengalpet limit government schools.
